Jamie Rogers

Jamie Lee Rogers, 41, of Independence, MO passed away on April 4, 2014. Jamie was born August 7, 1972 in Jacksonville, FL. Jamie was fortunate enough to truly love his job as Iron Worker. No matter the job, Jamie would build it and leave you with fond memories of good times shared. Jamie also enjoyed riding his motorcycle he fondly called Charlene, hunting and fishing. Jamie was preceded in death by his mother, Beverly Meisberger and daughter Alyssa Rogers. He is survived by the love of his life, Shelley Worsham; children, Austin Rogers and Bailey Rogers; siblings Billy (Cyndora) Gauthreaux, Mikie Meisberger, Dennis Meisberger, Don Meisberger, Lana (Jack) Hilliard, Bryan (Jennifer) Meisberger; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday April 12, 2014 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. The family will greet friends from 1:00 p.m., until service time Saturday at the chapel. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established to assist the family with funeral costs.
