Frances Luella Rowe

Frances Luella Rowe, 96, of Independence, MO passed away Wednesday, November 2nd at Carmel Hills Living Center. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 5th at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Visitation will be 7-8:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial to take place in Mound Grove Cemetery. Frances was born June 11, 1909 in South Pittsburg, TN to Palo and Martha (Brydwell) Freeze. Mrs. Rowe was an active member of the Atherton Branch of the Restoration Church Congregation. Frances loved life and was known for her spunky personality and never ending energy. She is survived by her children Frances and Robert Ferguson, Frank and Dorothy Tuttle, Jeff and Jo Rowe, Carolyn and Walter Grumback, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. Rowe was preceded in death by her husband Jeff Rowe in �89 and her 5 siblings.
