Stephen Salva, 80, of Edwards, MO passed away April 1, 2017. The Rosary will be said at 6:00 p.m., followed by a visitation from 6:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 6, at the Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 7, at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, 10113 E. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO. Stephen “Junior” was born July 24, 1936 in Independence, MO to Stephen (Sr.) and Gladys (Conklin) Salva. He is survived by his three children, Christopher Salva, William Salva, Sharon McKinney, and their families; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brother, Raymond Salva; and sister, Patty Richey.
