Survivors include his parents, Natalie Nield and James Sanders, Sr.; brothers, Devante and Dante James, and James Sanders, Jr.; maternal grandparents, Shirley Falls, and Mark Nield and wife Cindy; paternal grandparents, Bo Sanders, and Marquitha Gaddy and husband Ray; and additional aunts, uncles and family. Avion was preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents, Beverly Brown and Mark Nield.
