Marjorie E. Morgan Sause
Marjorie E. Morgan Sause, 88, of Independence, died Tuesday, June 27, 2006 at her home. A Visitation will be held on Thursday at Speaks Suburban Chapel from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Cemetery. Marjorie was born in Herington, Kansas on April 3, 1918 one of six daughters and one son born to George and Mary (Brooke) Morgan. She lived in Independence for the past 50 years and was a member of St. Mark�s Catholic Church and the V.F.W. Auxiliary. She was a homemaker and enjoyed playing dominoes, going to garage sales, and going to the "boats�. Marjorie is survived by her daughter Theresa Hopkins and husband Jim of Independence, two sons; Bill Sause and wife Lynn of Kansas City, Mo. and John Sause and wife Jan of Independence, a sister, Betty Riggle and husband Marvin of Independence, seven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son Patrick Michael Sause in 1999 and by her sisters, Evalyn Cheek, Anna Oltman, Cecile Padula, Louise Detwiler and her brother Edmund Morgan.
