Kenneth Schoemig, 81, of Camdenton, MO passed away Oct. 16. Funeral Services will be 10:00 am, Tuesday, Oct. 21 at Carson-Speaks Chapel. Visitation will be from 6-8 pm Monday at the Chapel. Burial will take place Memorial Park Cemetery with full Military Honors. Kenneth was born on May 4, 1933 in Chillicothe, MO to Anthony and Setha Mae (Pennington) Schoemig. After high school Kenneth joined the United States Army and proudly served during the Korean War. For the last 20 years, Kenneth lived in Camdenton where he was able to enjoy on of his favorite past times, fishing. He also enjoyed baseball and NASCAR. Kenneth was a member of the VFW, and a 36 year member of Teamsters Local 41. Kenneth is survived by his wife, Donna (Flarity) Schoemig. Other survivors include; son Mark Schoemig; daughter Debbie Reed; sister, Janice Kay McGaugh; and grandchildren; Chris Goodman, Joshua Schoemig, Staci Chivetta, and Alan Reed. Other survivors include several great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Gerald Schoemig.
