Mildred Marie Schuette, 84 formerly of Independence, died May 1, 2006 at Arlington Memorial Hospital in Arlington, Texas. Mrs. Schuette will lie in state at the graveside at Mt. Washington from 9:30-10:00 A.M. on Friday with the service and Eastern Star Ceremony following at 10:00 A.M. She is survived by one daughter, Carol Gallander and her husband Maurice of Arlington, Texas; two grandchildren, Dawn Adamson of Grapevine, TX. and Austin Gallander of Midlothian, TX. and two great grandsons; Wesley King of Rio Vista, TX. and Ryan Gallander of Midlothian, TX. Memorial contributions may be made to the Eastern Star Chapters in Independence or Lexington. Carson-Speaks Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
