Ivy Vaneta Scott, 91 beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother & Great Great Grandmother, was called to her eternal resting place on June 16, 2019. She entered this world on April 4, 1928, born in Buffalo, MO. She is survived by her daughter Rebecca Nagel of Texas; son Greg Duffey of Missouri; grandson Jack Clark, wife Katie; grandson Derek Nagel, wife Meagan; granddaughter Danielle O'Rourke, husband Sean; grandson Darrin Duffey; Grandson Jess Duffey, Granddaughter Sharri Smith, husband Paul; daughter-in-law Dee Duffey; many other grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Great Great Child, Nieces & family.
Ivy was preceded in death by two sons, Raphael (JR) Duffey, Jr & Charles Vernie Duffey.
Ivy was a stay at home mother and served in the Boy Scouts and Girl Scout through all 4 children. Later in life worked as Nurses Aide until 2009.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00am on July 6th, 2019 at Speaks Suburban Chapel 18020 E 39th St, Independence, MO 64055
