John Lee Seemann, 54, of Independence, MO, passed away on Tuesday, March 8th peacefully in his home. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle and a friend to many. He loved his family and his two pets Gizmo and Lola. Visitation will be held at Speaks Memorial on Monday, March 14th beginning at 4:00 p.m. with a Memorial service immediately following at 5:00 p.m.
John was an enthusiastic supporter of the Kansas City Chiefs and served his community for over 30+ years providing heating and air conditioning services while maintaining full-time employment of 22+ years with CKS packaging as their Sr. Maintenance for HVAC. Previous employments were with Travomatic and Empire Container. John was a person of compassion and dedicated to his family and very passionate about helping others no matter their circumstances.
John was born in September of 1967 near Momence, Illinois. He is preceded in death by his father Wilmer J. Seemann, Jr. and his stepfather, Lawrence Douglas. He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Teresita Seemann, his son, Joshua Seemann of Independence, his mother, Sally Douglas of Blue Springs and sister, Tina and Brother-n-Law, Joe Wolverton of Grain Valley, Nephews, Kyle Carroll, Brandon Carroll and Nathan Wolverton. In-laws, Victor Simental & Celerina Martinez, Brother-n-law, Victor Simental, Sister-n-Law, Celene Simental and Karina Simental, Nephews and Nieces Vic, Ivanna, Marian, Jesus, Juan Pablo, Valentina & Oscar from Chihuahua, Mexico.
