Jerry Seevers Sr

Jerry Lee Seevers, Sr. 67, Independence, MO passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2014. Jerry was born January 5, 1947 in Independence, MO the son of William T. and Kathryn (Elliott) Seevers. He was a graduate of Van Horn High School. Jerry was a U.S. Navy Veteran serving in Vietnam. He worked and received his electrical training from Union Wire Rope. Jerry retired as a Master Electrician in 2010 after 31 years with KCP&L. He was a member of IBEW Local Union 124. Jerry enjoyed playing bridge, tennis, snow skiing, and traveling to over 25 different countries. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Karen Moon in 1992 and Kristy Waters in 2010; and his parents. Survivors include his son, Jerry Seevers, Jr., step-daughter, Angie Wickham and husband William; step-son, Roland Senn; sisters, Peggy Angotti, Sheryl Branson and Nancy Kay; brother, Chuck Seevers; and additional nieces, nephews, grandkids and family.
