Samuel B. Shank, 68 of Sugar Creek passed away Mon. Dec. 5, 2005 at Wilshire at Lakewood. Services will be 10:00 am, Sat. Dec 10, 2005 at the Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Indep. MO. Burial in Mound Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 - 8:30 pm Friday at the chapel. Contributions are suggested to the Moose Lodge # 10, 510 � N. Sterling, Sugar Creek, MO 64054 Sam was born on Mar 23, 1937 to Joseph and Sammy (Bailey) Shank in Oklahoma. He had been an operator with the Bayer Corporation retiring in 1997. He was a loving and devoted husband and father and enjoyed bowling, golfing and playing league billiards. He was an Army veteran serving in the early 1960�s and was a member of the Moose Lodge # 10. Sam was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Phyllis and his first wife, Carol. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Shank of Sugar Creek. A son A.J. Shank of Sugar Creek. A stepdaughter, LeAnna Murphy of St. Joseph, MO, a stepson, Christopher Clary of Olathe, KS. One granddaughter and three step-granddaughters.
