Anne was born on April 6, 1929, in Callao, MO, to Rene Stolp and Pauline Ruth (Novinger) Goodrich. She graduated from Paseo High School in the class of 1946, and later attended St. Theresa’s Academy/ Avila College for two years. Anne met James Robert “Bob” Shine on a blind date, and his charm and tenderness quickly won her heart over; they married on August 26, 1950. To this union were born eight children. She worked at Sam’s Bargain Town and McPike’s Drug Wholesale for many years. Anne really enjoyed music, all kinds of puzzles, and genealogy – she was able to trace her family lineage back three centuries. She truly enjoyed her family, and will be dearly missed.
