Georgia Anna Shultz, 95, of Independence, MO, passed away Monday, March 20, 2006 at Hidden Lake Care Center in Raytown, MO, where she had been a resident for 3 years. Services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 25, 2006 at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 1-2:00 p.m. Burial in Oak Ridge Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Kansas City Hospice, 9221 Ward Pkwy, Ste 100, Kansas City, MO 64114-9808. Georgia was born February 22, 1911 in Kansas City, MO to William and Jessie (Suttles) Taylor. Mrs. Shultz was a member of Rockwood Baptist Church in Independence, MO. Georgia was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, William I. Shultz, Sr. in 1991; daughter Opal Smith; and great-grandson Scott Walby. She is survived by her son William I. Shultz, Jr. of Independence, MO, daughter and son-in-law Jean and John Matlock of Sun City, AZ, sons and daughters-in-law John and Nancy Shultz of Lee�s Summit, MO and George and Beverly Shultz of Independence, MO; 13 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; a host of special extended family and friends. A special thanks to the caregivers at Hidden Lake Care Center.
