Adam Singleton, 49, of Blue Springs, MO passed away Saturday, May 18, 2019 at his home. A visitation will be from 6-8pm on Friday, May 24, 2019 at Speaks Suburban Chapel 18020 E. 39th St, Independence, MO, 64055. A memorial service will be held at 10am on Saturday, May 25th at the chapel.
Adam was born On September 12, 1969 in Independence, MO to Jerry Singleton and Joanie McDonald. He worked for Harley Davidson and enjoyed riding motorcycles. He was a soft-spoken man but when he did say something, it was always something funny. He enjoyed classic rock: Stevie Ray Vaughan and Bob Seger, fishing, animals, taking his boys to Worlds of Fun and watching horror movies. Most of all he loved his 2 sons.
Adam will be remembered by his sons Kyle Singleton of Blue Springs, MO, Jacob Singleton and boyfriend Travus Reimers of Kansas City, MO; father Jerry Singleton and Helen Clark of Blue Springs, MO; girlfriend Shari Hart and her family of Smithville, MO; plus several aunts, uncles and other extended family members and many, many friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother Joanie (McDonald) Thomas.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to American Cancer Society or Great Plains SPCA.
