Scott David Sladovnik

Scott Sladovnik, 50, of Independence, MO passed away unexpectedly on April 18, 2017. Visitation will be from 1-3pm Sunday, April 23, 207 at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Scott was born on August 11, 1966 in Marquette, MI to David and Barbara (Lang) Sladovnik. As a young man, Scott moved to the area when transferred with his company and has since made Kansas City area his home. For over 17 years Scott was employed with Pro Window Cleaning in Kansas City. Scott was an avid cook, and food was his passion! He was out going and loved by everyone! He was a loyal husband, son, and brother. Scott’s passing has left a hole in the hearts of his family and friends. Survivors include; wife of over 17 years Janice McAfee, parents David and Barbara Sladovnik, and brother, Mark Sladovnik. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Bikers Against Child Abuse.
