Dorothy Mae Snow (Zorich)

Dorothy Mae Snow, 88 of Sugar Creek, MO passed away Monday, June 27, 2016 at her residence. Services will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 30, 2016 at the Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO 64052. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday evening at the chapel. Dorothy was born August 26, 1927 in Sugar Creek, MO to John and Mary (Gregovich) Zorich and has been a lifelong area resident. She was a beloved wife, mother and homemaker who enjoyed baking and spending time with her family. She was a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church. She is survived by: her children, Raymond W. Snow and wife Karen of Sugar Creek, MO, John Snow and wife Jackie of Lee’s Summit, MO and Pamela Anderson and husband Patrick of Lee’s Summit, MO; 3 grandchildren, Jennifer Anderson, Shane Snow and Sierra Snow. She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Snow in 1992 and a daughter, Deborah Snow in 1953.
