Carolyn Soule

February 1, 1947 — May 11, 2004

Carolyn A. Soule, 57, Sugar Creek, passed away Tuesday at her home after a very extended illness. She fought valiantly. She was born Feb 1, 1947, in Kansas City, Mo to Harold and Betty Carpenter. She worked in the business and banking and wholesale and retail grocery businesses and was co-owner and operator of a home repair business.
She leaves her loving husband, Herb, of the home, and four children, Alan and wife Brenda of Lawson, Mo, Jim and wife Lori of Sugar Creek, Rusty and wife Melissa of Pleasant Hill and daughter Cassie and husband Eddie of Kansas City. She also leaves three brothers, David, Sugar Creek, Dan and wife Kay of Lees Summit, and Richard and wife Connie of Sugar Creek. She also leaves 8 grandchildren whom she dearly loved. Carol had an engaging personality and was loved by everyone she met. She was active in many organizations and always willing to lend a hand. Her family loves her and will miss her terribly. Visitation will be at George C. Carson & Sons Funeral Home on Winner Rd. from 6 to 8 PM on Thursday where there will be a Eulogy and Rosary starting at 7:00 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Cyril�s Catholic Church on Friday at 10 am. Cremation. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Catholic Charities
