Ruby F. South

Ruby F. South, 80, of Independence, MO passed away on Wednesday, December 22, 2004 at her home. A visitation will be held from 7-8:30 p.m. on Monday, December 27, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. The service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the chapel. Ruby was loved by all and all who knew her. She was a faithful member of the East Side Baptist Church. Ruby will be greatly missed by her daughter, Diana M. Christeson of Independence, MO; sons, Virgil E. South of Blue Springs, MO, Richard A. South of Indepndence, MO and James L. South of Buckner, MO; brother, Leland Pollard; and sister, Judith Richardson; 13 grandchildren; and 24 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Virgil A. South; and daughter, Linda R. Legan.
