William L., Jr. Spahr

William L. Spahr, Jr., died Feb. 1, 2006. Services will be 10 am, Sat., Feb. 4, 2006 at Carson-Speaks Chapel; interment at Floral Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the funeral home. William was born March 18, 1918 in Bunceton, MO. He was the Maintenance Supervisor for Luzier Cosmetics, Inc. from 1939-1981 and retired after 42 years there. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII, and a 32nd Degree Mason at the Independence Lodge. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Independence. William is survived by his wife of 58 years, Opal Spahr, of the home.
