Eugene Robert "Gene" Spencer Sr.

Eugene Spencer, of Independence, MO passed away March 28, 2016. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 1, 2016 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. Eugene is survived by his wife, Sara Beth (Warren) Spencer; son, Eugene Robert Spencer, Jr. and his wife Judy; daughter, Debra Williamson and her husband Lester; sister, Beverly Wolfoski; grandchildren, Mark and Laura Hernandez, John and Rosie Hernandez, Tina and Charlie McCullough, Hank and Tammy Hernandez, Karl Lynch, Holee Lynch, Cody Williamson and Tyler Williamson; stepchildren, Dallas Jones and wife Tera; and their two children, Kayla and Kortney Jones, and Madeline Jones; 20 great grandchildren; and 3 nieces. Gene was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Dorothy Spencer; and two step children, Michael and Scott Jones.
