Ron Sperry

Ron Sperry of Lee’s Summit, MO passed away April 26, 2018 at age 54. Ron was blessed with a large and loving family. He was born to Carol Rogers on November 25, 1963, and was the brother to David Sperry, Mike Sperry, Linda Sperry, Greg Rogers, Jeff Rogers, and Lori (Ralph) James. He was a devoted father to his children, Laura Green, Shane Sperry, and Stacey Sperry, and was the best Papa to his cherished grandchildren, Mason Mayer, Natalie Coons, Thomas Coons, and Greyson Green. He will be dearly missed by them, and by many other brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, friends, and co-workers. Ron spent many hours at his company, PDQ Tower Services, Inc., and formed many strong loving bonds with the people he worked with every day. He loved spending time with his kids, grandkids, and his dog, Winnie. Rest in peace our sweet king. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055 with cremation to follow. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday evening at the chapel. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Ron Sperry Memorial Fund c/o Ellie Ritter 701 Squire Ct., Grain Valley, MO 64029 for a bench in his name at the Dogwood Park in Lee’s Summit.
