Grace Elsie Spotts

Grace Elsie Spotts, 88, of Independence, MO passed away on Friday, August 20, 2004 at St. Mary�s Manor. A visitation will be held from 6:30-8:00 p.m. on Monday, August 23, at the Speaks Suburban Chapel. A service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the chapel, with the burial at Mound Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to any Shriner�s Hospital or the Outreach Restoration Branch, Independence, MO. Grace was born on May 24, 1916 in Kansas City, MO to Fred and Stella Wille. She was a volunteer for the Independence Regional Health Center for over 20 years. Grace loved her family and playing her piano, especially teaching her grandchildren how to play. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Edward Spotts. She is survived by her three children, Chuck Spotts, Bill Spotts and Carol Sue Mackison; 6 grandchildren; and 7 great granchildren.
