Hazel M. Spruk

Hazel M. Johnson Spruk, 84, Warsaw, MO passed away March 10, 2006. Services will be 10 am, Tuesday, March 14, 2006 at Carson-Speaks Chapel; interment at Mound Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the funeral home. Hazel was born April 8, 1923 in Dewey, OK. She lived in Sugar Creek for many years and was a member of the Fairmont Christian Church. Hazel was preceded in death by brothers Herbert Bozarth, Howard Richardson, Kenneth Richardson and Roy Richardson. She is survived by son David Johnson and wife Linda, Lee�s Summit, MO; brothers James Richardson, Shawnee Mission, KS; Russell Richardson, Belleville, IL; George Allen, Lake Ozark, MO; sister Mary Molt, Camdenton, MO; grandson Jeffrey Johnson and wife Cynda, Independence, MO. She is also survived by her niece and caregiver Lynn Turner, Warsaw, MO.
