Brad A. Staggs, 39, of Grain Valley, MO passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2014. A visitation will be held from 9:00-10:00 a.m. Monday, December 22, at Speaks Suburban Chapel. A funeral service will follow at 10:00 a.m. at the chapel. Cremation will follow.
Brad was the second of twins born September 10, 1975 in Kansas City, MO to Terry (Holcombe) and Edward Phillip Staggs, Jr. He attended Grain Valley and Blue Springs High School before earning his GED and later excelled in the Making It In KC Program, allowing him immediate advancement in numerous manufacturing positions. Along with his brother, Brad helped with the Clean the Stream Team of Grain Valley as a part of the Missouri Conservation efforts. He had a knack for sports and missed his calling as a sportscaster. He enjoyed hunting, four wheeling, karaoke, and frisbe golf. Brad had a personality that could light up a room and especially loved playing with and entertaining children, especially his nephew. He is loved and will be missed.
He leaves behind daughter, Shelby of Dennison, TX; brothers, Curt Beebe (Erika) of Blue Springs, MO; Bryan Beebe of Independence, MO; Justin Staggs (fiancé Lindsay) of Dallas, TX; and Jeremy Staggs of Brentwood, MO; father, Phillip Staggs (Catherine) of Lee’s Summit, MO; mother, Terry Beebe of Grain Valley, MO. He was preceded in death by his beloved twin, Chad, who left us earlier this year, and left an empty place in Brad’s heart. May they find everlasting peace together in Heaven.
