SANDRA LOUISE STARCHMAN
Sandra Starchman, 70, of Independence, MO, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2016. A visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00pm on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Carson-Speaks Chapel 1501 W. Lexington Ave, Independence, MO, 64052. A memorial service will follow at 2:00pm at the chapel.
Sandy was born June 20, 1946 in Parkersburg, WV to Thomas and Margaret Wilcoxen. She loved classic country, watching TV, and her cat Callie. Sandy is survived by her daughter Rhonda Rice of Kansas City, MO; sisters Tommie Sue Lyle and Penny Payne; brother Tim Wilcoxen; granddaughter Aliscia Starchman; grandson Derek Starchman; 13 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and of course her cat Callie.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Margaret “Tiner” Wilson, grandson Jason K. Starchman, and son-in-law Ernie Rice.
