Charles Stark, Jr.

Charles “Chuck” Stark, Jr., 54, Independence, MO, passed away Monday, June 25, 2007, at the Center Point Hospital in Independence. Services will be 10:00 am Friday, June 29, at the Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington, Independence. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 7-9:00 pm Thursday at the Chapel. Chuck was born in Independence on January 8, 1953, to Charles Stark, Sr. and Nadine (Colbert) Stark. He had lived in this area his entire life. He was a bricklayer by trade and enjoyed spending time with his wife, his sons, and his extended family. Chuck is survived by his loving wife of twenty-four years, Beckie Stark, of the home; two sons, Anthony and Cody Stark, both of the home; two sisters, Carol Cronley and husband Butch, Lee’s Summit, MO, and Cathy Powell and husband Bill, Lexington, MO; brother, Jerry Stark and wife Sherry, Blue Springs, MO; sister-in-law, Debbie Shoemaker and husband Rick, New Cambria, MO; brother-in-law, Danny Beale and sister-in-law Delida Beale, both of Independence; and his parents-in-law, Dale and Cleo Beale, Independence MO; many nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
