Mary Margaret Stebelton

Mary Margaret Stebelton, 77, of Independence, MO, passed away Saturday, August 26, 2006 at Monterey Park Care Center. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 2, 2006 at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to services from 10-11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow with interment in Swan Lake Memorial Garden. Memorial contributions may be made to Crossroads Hospice, 8540 Blue Ridge Blvd, Independence, MO 64138. Mary Margaret was born September 13, 1928 in Columbus, OH to Charles and Ruby (Gabriel) Wallon. Mrs. Stebelton was a member of the Community of Christ Church. She enjoyed reading, sewing and making crafts of all kinds in her spare time. Mary Margaret was a very social person and was active at Monterey Park. Mrs. Stebelton was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Paul Stebelton in July, 2005. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Margaret and Gene Kenney, daughter Jenny Toney and fianc� George York ; grandchildren Travis and Heather Kenney, Todd Kenney, Tyler Kenney, Jay Toney, Kathy Toney; a great-granddaughter Allison Toney.
