Edith M. Conatzer Stewart, 81, Sibley, MO passed away June 10, 2007 at her daughter’s home. A memorial service will be held at 2 pm, June 16, 2007 at Kingdom Hall Jehovah’s Witness, 500 Lee’s Summit Road, Independence, MO. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to the Worldwide Work of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Edith was born Jan. 28, 1926 in Pryor, OK. She was a member of the Noland Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses and was active in church work in years past.
Edith was preceded in death by her husband, Henry H. Stewart in 2003. She is survived by son Charles L. Stewart, Grand Junction, CO; daughters Patricia M. Thornton, Parkville, MO; Linda S. LaBorde, Tulsa, OK; Tammy L. Hayes, Sibley, MO; sister Norma A. Branch, Tulsa, OK; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
