Ramona Stewart

Ramona R. Stewart, 75, of Independence, MO, passed away May 27, 2012 in her own home. A visitation will be held from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 1st at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Burial at Mound Grove Cemetery, Independence, MO. Ramona was born in Independence, MO to parents Boyd and Blanche (Amundson) Davis. She was preceded in death by husband, Jean E. Stewart; her parents; brothers, Richard and Dale Davis; sister, Metta Davis; son, David Gardner; and daughters, Patty Duley and Yvonne Howell. Ramona leaves behind her loving companion of 20 years, Patrick Gardner; daughters, Jean Ann Milton (Robert), Mona Lyon (Dave), Susan Milton (Rusty); sons, Kevin Stewart (Kathy), Bob Stewart (Debbie), Dave Stewart (Coni), Bill Stewart (Jeanette), Kenny Gardner (Patti), Billy Gardner Tina); sisters, Anita Fairchild and Jackie Fauss; 28 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; friend of 60 years, Delores Reed; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
