Angie M. Stowell

Angie M. Stowell, 86 of Lowry City, MO, formerly of Independence, MO passed away Fri. Jul 9, 2004 at Truman Lake Manor in Lowry City. Visitation will be from 1 - 2:00 pm Wednesday, Jul 14, 2004 at the George C. Carson & Sons Funeral Home with graveside services at 2:30pm, in Mound Grove Cemetery. Contributions are suggested to the Community of Christ, West College Congregation. Mrs. Stowell was born on Nov 24, 1917 to John and Elva Hankins in Greeley, CO and has lived in the Independence area most of her life. She had been a member of the West College Congregation of the Community of Christ Church for over 50 years. Mrs. Stowell was preceded in death by her husband, George S. Stowell, a daughter, Rosa Lee Vogel and two grandchildren, Robert Lee Vogel and Jennifer Vogel. She is survived by four grandchildren. Terry Vogel and wife Hye of Cole Camp, MO; Steve Vogel and wife Melanie Weaver of DeepWater, MO: Sherry Vogel of Independence, MO and Kelly Anderson and husband Len of Montrose, MO: Six Great Grandchildren and Two Great Great Grandchildren.
