Leo C. Strohm

Leo C. Strohm, 71, Kansas City, Mo. passed away at home June 3, 2005. Services will be 2 pm, Monday, June 6, 2005 at Speaks Suburban Chapel; interment at Blue Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 - 7 pm, Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the American Lung Assoc. Leo was born July 10, 1933 in Independence, Mo. and worked at Bendix Corp. for 25 years, retiring in 1995. He was a member of the Machinists Union. Leo enjoyed boating and auto racing. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Sharon Strohm; son Gary Strohm and wife Julie; daughters Doris Blair and husband John; Joyce Marvin and husband Mike; grandchildren Cassie, Connie, Kathleen, and James; great-grandchildren Kabreya, Paslie, and Jamie.
