Sue Harvill Ward of Sugar Creek, Mo., has battled breast cancer since 2016 and was up cooking and cleaning right until she died. She died peacefully at home. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, a husband, and a daughter. She is survived by a brother, Dr. Joseph Harvill, from New Mexico. Two daughters, Kelly Hall of Lee’s Summit, Mo., and Kathy Russell (David) of Gypsum, Co., and one son, Matthew Ward of Independence, Mo. There are two grandsons, Logan Hall and Zachary Russell, and one granddaughter, Olivia Russell. Sue was a believer in Christ, with a great sense of humor; she was strong, loyal, and a hard-working woman. She was an amazing mom who will be missed by her family and friends, especially her kids!
The memorial service will be Sunday, November 19th from 2–5 p.m. at Mike Onka Hall 11520 Putnam St., Sugar Creek, MO 64054
