David L. Terry, 45, Independence, MO, passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2006 at Lee�s Summit Hospital. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 23, 2006 at Carson-Speaks Chapel. Visitation will be 6-8:00 p.m. Sunday, October 22, 2006 in the chapel. Burial in Oak Ridge Memory Gardens. David was born September 7, 1961 in Memphis, TN to Robert and Archie Lou (Peck) Terry. He lived life to the fullest and enjoyed golfing and fishing in his spare time. Mr. Terry is survived by his wife Brenda (Small) Terry of the home; son Travis Terry; grandson Dylan Michael; brothers Archie, Robert and Douglas Terry; sisters Robin Sanchez, Becky Young and Beth Thomas. David was preceded in death by his parents.
