Nanetta S. Duncan Thompson

Nanetta S. Thompson, 84, Independence, MO., died Sunday morning, December 12, 2004, at Carondelet Manor. Services will be 11:00 am, Mon. Dec 20, 2004 at the Carson-Speaks Chapel. Burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be held 10:00 am, one hour prior to the service on Monday. In Lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association. Ms. Thompson was born to John and Nancy B. Rainey on May 26, 1920. Ms. Thompson was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, David E. Duncan, Sr., her son, David E., Duncan, Jr., two brothers, John and Kenneth, and one sister Margaret. Survivors include a brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Covella Rainey of Mexico, MO, a daughter-in-law, Bonnie J. Duncan, McAllen, TX, a grandson David E. Duncan, III, Kennesaw, GA, a granddaughter, Tara L. Gonzales, San Antonio, TX, four great-grandchildren, Sarah, Christopher, Brandon, Jenna, several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
