Clarence W. Thrall

Clarence Willard "Arky Thrall, 81 of Independence, MO passed away September 23, 2003 at Liberty Terrace Care Center, Liberty, MO. Services 11:00 am Friday, September 26, 2003 at George C. Carson & Sons Funeral Home with visitation from 10-11 am Friday prior to the services at the funeral home. Burial in Mt. Moriah Cemetery at a later date. Contributions to Odyssey Hospice 9229 Ward Parkway, Suite #350, Kansas City, MO 64114. Mr. Thrall was a member of the Buckner Christian Church. He served with the US. Army during WWII and retired from General Motors after 32 years. Mr. Thrall was born March 11, 1921 in Compton, AR the son of Raymond E. and Edna Welch Thrall. He was united in marriage to Lorrayne Fleurie Legendre, Robertson and she preceded him in death. He was also preceded by one brother, Elmer Thrall. He is survived by three sons; John Rex Robertson and wife Orleen, Eagle Pass, TX, Robert Robertson and wife Iris, Martinsville, MO and Curtis Robertson and wife Mary Margaret, Independence, MO, one sister-in-law, Beulah Thrall, Independence, MO, 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
