Harold Trabue, 47, of Independence passed away suddenly doing what he loved best on March 29, 2016. Visitation will be from 6-9pm, Friday, April 8, 2015 at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Services will be 10am Saturday, April 9, 2016, at the chapel. Burial will take place in Mt. Washington Cemetery. Harold and with his twin brother, was born November 8, 1968 in Kansas City, MO to Harold and Frieda (Caviness) Trabue. He attended William Chrisman High School. For the past several years, Harold had been employed at Scavuzzo’s as a truck driver. He was attended Maywood Baptist Church. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, shooting pool with friends at Cuzzy’s, or just hanging out. His greatest joy in life was that of father. Harold placed his daughter above all else. He enjoyed coaching her softball team, and watching her play. He was also a loving uncle to several nieces and nephews, and greatly enjoyed his time with them as well. Survivors include; daughter Samantha Watkins; sister, Sue Johnson; brothers Gilbert Leach (Tracy), James Leach (Chreyl), and Howard Trabue; several nieces and nephews, and a large extended family. He is preceded in death by his parents Harold and Frieda Trabue, brothers Gary Leach, Rick Leach, and Steve leach. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Memorial Fund at United Consumers Credit Union.
