Tina Tryon

Tina Tryon, 40, of Kansas City passed away April 29. Services will be 3:00 pm Friday, May 2, at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Visitation will be from 1:00-3:00 pm Friday, May 2, 2014 at the chapel. Tina was born on September 1, 1973 to Edward Tryon and Patricia Monteleone in Kansas City, MO. Tina graduated from Blue Springs High School, and attended Maple Woods Community College. She was very artistic, and took special delight in everything she did, including Clown College! She graduated from Cosmetology School, and worked in that field until she joined Citi Corp 16 years ago. Tina enjoyed art in any and all forms, including; jewelry making, stained glass, painting, illustrating books and book covers. She also loved to spend her time traveling, the lake, and shooting guns. But perhaps her greatest joy in life was her partner, and her family. She was a beautiful spirit, and loved everyone, putting them first. Tina was a very generous, caring, loving, thoughtful, supportive, and passionate person. She touched the lives of all that entered her universe, and left them better people for having known her. She leaves behind her partner, Jeanna Brownen; mother, Trisha Monteleone; step-father, James Gilliland; father and step-mother, Edward and Karene Tryon; brother, Travis Tryon; step-sister, Natalie LaBonte; mother-in-law, Patsy Brownen; grandparents, Peggy Wright, Warren and Mary Lou Tryon, Robert and Mary Lou Ridinger; nephew, Payton Tryon; and niece, KK Tryon; and her furry children Martini & Rossi. Tina is also survived by a large extended family, and numerous friends. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Dale Walker. She will be truly missed, but never forgotten. You will be forever in our heart.
