Amancio Venzon Tungol

Amancio Tungol, 90, of Independence, MO passed away on December 7, 2006 at the Medical Center of Independence. A visitation will be held from 4-6:00 p.m. with the rosary at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 10, at St. Mark�s Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday at the church. Burial at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Amancio was born on June 3, 1916 in the Philippines. He spent many years in the Philippines as a farmer, and then came to America in 1980. Amancio was a generous man who loved sharing special moments with his family and everything he did was for his loved ones. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Silvina Tungol. Amancio is survived by one son, Ted Tungol; one daughter, Urbana Pagcu; 6 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
