Jake Franco Vassalle

Jake Franco Vassalle, 16, beloved son, found his peace with the Lord on April 24, 2016. He entered this world on March 21, 2000 in Overland Park, KS, born to Carlo and Mandy (Williams) Vassalle. Jake was currently a sophomore at Fort Osage High School and was active in forensics and debate team. He enjoyed listening to music and taking walks. Jake was a funny, caring person who always took time to listen and help his friends. He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. He is survived by his parents Carlo and Mandy Vassalle; a brother, Giancarlo Vassalle; grandparents, Franco and Maria Vassalle and Allen and Susan Williams all of Independence, MO; 3 aunts and 2 uncles. Cremation is planned with a memorial service to be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 30, 2016 at New Hope Baptist Church, 18000 Lexington Rd, Independence, MO 64058. The family will greet friends from 5 to 8:00 p.m., Friday evening at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055.
