Brent Veach

Brent Douglas Veach, 44 of Lee’s Summit, MO passed away, Sunday, March 6, 2011. Services will be at 8:00 p.m., Thursday evening, March 10, 2011 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055 with cremation to follow. The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m., until service time Thursday at the chapel. Donations may be made in his name to the Kansas City Hospice House 12000 Wornall Rd., Kansas City, MO 64145. Brent was born February 28, 1967 in Kansas City, MO the second oldest of three children to Robert and Judith (Endicott) Veach. He graduated from Truman High School in 1985 and joined the US Air Force where he served his country for 4 years. He worked for AT&T in Kansas City, MO for over 13 years. He enjoyed spending family vacations at Lake Pomme De Terre, MO, boating, camping, riding ATV’s and spending quality time building good memories with family and friends. He was loved by all and was always the first to help someone in need. He was a wonderful son, husband and father. He is survived by; his wife of 13 years, Angela Veach; 3 sons, Stephen Veach, Trenton Browning and Dillan Veach of Lee’s Summit, MO; his mother, Judith Blevins of Blue Springs, MO; his father, Robert Veach of Independence, MO; a brother, Rob Veach of Blue Springs, MO; a sister, Wendy Veach of Independence, MO. Brent spent his final days at the Kansas City Hospice House where he was treated with kindness, compassion and respect.
