Virgil Walter Milburn

Virgil Walter Milburn passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 6, 2023. He was 93. Walter was born to Virgil and Clara Milburn in Eldorado Springs, Missouri on November 4, 1929.

Walter grew up on a farm and graduated from Eldorado Springs High School. Shortly afterwards he married the love of his life and best friend Wyonia Jean Blystone. They spent the next 72 years creating memories together. Walter was a simple man, a hard worker and loved his family deeply. He spent his time fishing on Truman Lake, hunting for quail and deer, woodworking and took great pride in his garden. Walter always had plenty of fresh vegetables to share. He was a member of the Pioneers group through AT&T for years. Walter will be missed tremendously by his family and friends but they find comfort in knowing that he has found his way back to his beloved, Jean.

Walter is survived by his children, Twila Clark & Ray Clark (deceased); Glenna & David Winship; and Regie & Debbie Milburn; grandchildren, Mark Clark, Dana Powell, Joshua & Crystal Milburn, Rachel Milburn, Nicole & Mark Robison and Brandon Winship; 10 great grandchildren, sisters Bonnie Pracht and JoAnne Shields as well as many nieces and nephews.
