Joan Wagaman

Joan Wagaman, 81, of Buckner, MO departed from this earth on October 21, 2012. A memorial gathering will be held for Joan from 6:00– 8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 26, 2012 at Speaks Suburban Chapel; 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Services will take place at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Eden Heights Community of Christ; 1301 E. Sea Ave., Independence, MO. Joan was born on January 9, 1931 to parents John and Ellen (Sheffer) Garner. Joan was loved by all who were blessed to be a part of her life. She was preceded in death by her brother, Meryle Garner; and her loving husband, Glenn Wagaman on January 2, 2012. Joan leaves behind eight children; Rhonda Wallace, Mark Mahurin, John Mahurin, Scott Mahurin, Melissa Mahurin, Sheryl Aucott, Warren Wagaman, and Michelle Wagaman; eighteen grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
