Billy Joe Wagnon, 65 of Buckner passed away Saturday, September 14, 2019. Cremation is planned with a memorial gathering at 3:00 p.m., Monday, September 23, 2019 at the First Baptist Church of Buckner, MO. Billy was born July 2, 1954 in Houston, TX to Ike and May (Kimball) Wagnon and had spent his early life in Texas for moving to Missouri. He was a truck driver and had most recently worked for Transport America. He is survived by; his wife Debra Robinson of the home; her daughters, Cassie Shotts, Jodie Shotts (Sam) and Karrie Dwyer (Mat) all of Independence, MO; his children, Jeanette, William Pane and wife and Denise Alderman and husband Jeffrey all on Irving, TX; 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
