Robert L. Wallace

Robert L. Wallace, 78, Blue Springs, MO passed away Dec. 15, 2015. A memorial service will be held at 3 pm, Sunday, Jan. 10 at the Oak Hill Cluster Community Center, 194 Oak Hill Cluster, Independence, MO 64057. Robert was born Dec. 24, 1936 in Lamoni, IA and graduated from Lamoni High School before earning an Associates Degree from Graceland College, Bachelor of Arts from the University of San Francisco and his Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from John F. Kennedy University in San Francisco. He was a twenty-year veteran of the U.S. Army and began a fourteen-year career as a Clinical Psychologist with the Missouri Department of Corrections following his discharge from the Army. He was an Elder in the Community of Christ Church and attended the Oak Hill Congregation. He enjoyed fishing and photography. Robert is survived by his wife Phyllis Wallace, of the home; and son David Wallace and wife Stacey McCormack, Tigard, OR.
