Robert M. "Bob" Warmington

Robert M. "Bob� Warmington, 70, Independence, MO passed away Oct. 15, 2006 at his home. Services will be 10 am, Friday, Oct. 20, 2006 at Carson-Speaks Chapel; interment at Mt. Washington Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 pm, Thursday at the funeral home with a Masonic Service at 7:30 pm. The family suggests contributions to the Shriners� Children�s Hospital.
Bob was born Jan. 28, 1936 in Independence and lived there all his life. He was a member of Glaziers Union #558. He was a 32nd Degree Mason, and a member of the Ararat Shrine where he served as a member of the Public Relations Committee for the Shriner�s Hospital. He was also a Shirner�s clown for many years known as "Pepe�. Bob was very active with the Children�s Hospital and made many trips to St. Louis to take children there for treatment.
He was also a member of the Loyal Order of Moose #10.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents Merle Warmington in 1955 and Virginia Warmington in 2003. He is survived by his wife, Betsy Warmington, of the home; daughter Laura Davis and husband Clinton, Blue Springs. MO; son Mark Warmington, Independence, MO; son Darrel Roth and wife Cheryl, Shawnee, KS; daughter Linda Mattox and husband Dan, Parkville, MO; daughter Beth King and husband Greg, Shawnee, KS; son Michael Roth and wife Gretchen, Lee�s Summit, MO; brother Ed Warmington and wife Shirley, Independence, MO; sister Delores Place and husband Nevin, Hamilton, MO; brother Dennis Warmington and wife Carol, Independence, MO; brother Larry Warmington, Blue Springs, MO; twenty grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and special neighbor, Melissa.
