Twyla M. Wasson, 61, Independence, MO passed away Oct. 28, 2017. Memorial services will be 10 am, Friday, Nov. 10 at Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO 64052; cremation. Visitation will begin at 9 am before the service at the chapel.
Twyla was born July 11, 1956 in Sugar Creek, MO and graduated from William Chrisman High School in the Class of 1974. She was preceded in death by her husband John Wasson. She is survived by her mother Bonnie Sparks; sister Karen Latham and husband Raymond, all of Independence, MO; sister Marsha Stowell and husband Warren, Centerview, MO; brother Roger Sparks and wife Rosemarie, Lee’s Summit, MO; and many nieces, nephews and other family members.
