Shirley Lou Weatherford

Shirley Lou Weatherford, 91, died April 7, 2020 at Centerpoint Medical Center, Independence, MO. She leaves behind her husband, Clarence (Bus) Weatherford, daughters; Nancy Loving, Deborah Kleiner and her husband Ron, Cheril Pontius, and Melody McKeever; and her sons; David Goodpaster and Kyle Goodpaster. She was preceded in death by her son, Tracy Goodpaster. She also leaves 24 grandchildren and 57 great grandchildren. She also had many friends. Shirley worked for Jackson County, MO at the Truman Courthouse and Missouri Town. Shirley was an excellent seamstress and made many of the period costumes for Missouri Town. Shirley was a member of Susquehanna Assembly of God Church for over 30 years. There will be a private burial.
