Shirley K. Webb

Shirley K. Webb, 61, of Independence, MO, passed away, Sunday, December 28, 2003 at her home. Services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday at the Speaks Midtown Chapel. Burial will be in Mound Grove Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 9:00 a.m., until service time Friday at the chapel. Donations may be made to the Sunshine School 1001 W. Walnut, Independence, MO 64050. Shirley was born June 19, 1942 in Independence, Mo to John L. and Opal (Miller) Hudson, Sr. She grew up in Independence and graduated from William Chrisman High School in 1960. She worked as a secretary for the Sunshine School for the past 10 years. She was a member of the Second Church Community of Christ. She was married to Jack Webb in 1967, he survives of the home. Other survivors include; 3 sons Douglas C. Webb and his wife Dawn A. of Oak Grove, MO, Patrick Webb and his wife Jennifer of Independence, MO and Randy J. Webb and his wife Stephanie of Kansas City, MO; a sister Marilyn Stewart and her husband Ron of Independence, MO; a brother, John L. Hudson, Jr. and his wife Judy of Independence, MO; and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a infant daughter, Jacqueline Webb in 1972.
