Ted Gene Weber

Ted Gene Weber, 76, of Independence, Missouri passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2022. Ted was born to Henry “Tony” and Ruth Weber on October 27, 1946 in Nevada, Missouri.
Shortly after graduating from Nevada High School in 1964 Ted married his best friend, Lillie and began his career with Hallmark. He stayed with the company for 33yrs before retiring at the young age of 55. Ted loved people. Knowing Ted was having a friend for life. He’d drop anything to help out in any way he could. Some might call him a handy man or the jack of all trades but he truly just enjoyed being with neighbors, friends and family. Ted was known as kind, generous and faithful. He enjoyed fishing, cheering on his favorite sports team, the Cardinals, dancing and talking politics. Ted’s presence will be missed greatly.
He is preceded in death by his parents; beloved wife, Lillie; son, Anthony; brother, Jack and beloved friend Sue Zobans.
Ted is survived by his brothers, Chris, Fred and Mike Weber along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Cremation is planned and he will be inurned at a later date in Oak Ridge Memory Gardens.
