Helen Irene Westbrook (Hedges)

Helen Westbrook, 86, of Independence, MO passed away August 6, 2017. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 10, at Oak Ridge Memory Gardens, Independence, MO. Helen was born November 14, 1930 in Batesville, AR to Luther and Essie (Dunlap) Hedges. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Omer Westbrook; two sisters, Donna Pierce and Patricia Gruber; and brother, Austin Hedges. She is survived by her two sisters, Betty Paige of Memphis, TN, Bonita Hamilton of Cushman, AR; brother, Raymond Hedges of Batesville, AR; and numerous nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed.
